We recommend booking your fitting appointment at least 2-3 weeks before your event to ensure availability and allow time for any necessary adjustments.
What should I bring to my fitting appointment?
Please bring appropriate undergarments, shoes similar to what you’ll wear at the event, and any accessories you plan to use. This helps ensure the perfect fit.
What if the dress doesn't fit perfectly?
During your fitting appointment, we’ll help you select the best size available. Minor adjustments may be possible, but significant alterations are not included in the rental.
Can I try on multiple dresses during one fitting appointment?
Yes! You can try on several dresses during your appointment to find the perfect one. The R200 fitting fee covers multiple try-ons within the same appointment.
- What happens if the event date changes?
We understand that circumstances change. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to reschedule your rental for a new date, subject to availability.
